  • Virtual goods may be classified as "Services" instead of "Goods", cannot be returned

  • You are paying for the Time and Service of us acquiring the amount of currency/gold by purchasing.

  • This is an online purchase for "Virtual Items & Currency" no "Physical" item/items are delivered

Delivery

  • We deliver Virtual Goods direct to your specified character and shard

  • Deliveries are done during listed business hours only

  • Delivery Typically occurs within 30 mins of placing your order

  • Shard Transfer times may affect delivery times

Returns

  • Unfortunately, we offer no returns except where explicitly approved by us at UO Currency; conditions for returns are case by case.

  • There is no circumstance where we will accept a return on sale items or gift cards.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions to complete this transaction.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer any type of exchange or virtual goods swap

Refunds

  • If there was an issue with the transaction such as but not limited to an item that has gone out of stock after you made a purchase or during a case where we approve a return, we would notify you via contact information provided. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
